Subtitler:Import Softitle

Softitle is a format for subtitling video. After a header, the titles start with a line [BODY]. Each title has a line with the number [n], a line for start and a line for end in format reel.feet.frames and one or two lines of text.
Softitle is the same format as Softitrage except that it uses timecode
